BROCCOLI RAAB
Rapini

Grown for the asparagus-like spring shoot. There is a reason the Europeans love Broccoli Raab; it is a connoisseur's delight! The tender stems, buds and flowers have a wonderfully delicate slightly bitter/spicy/peppery broccoli flavor which can be enjoyed in salads, stir-fried, or steamed.
